We depart Windhoek in the morning. Herded to the north we will have our lovely lunch break in Otjiwarongo or Outjo. We will drive through the National park in search of wildlife: elephants, rhino, zebras, various games (oryx, kudu, wildebeest, impala, springbok, gemsbok) giraffes, hyenas, and big cats of Africa: lion, leopard, and cheetah inhabiting the enormous grasslands. We will be at our respective accommodation just before sunset. Dinner will sum-up the adventure and rest will be required so that we can be able to work up early and fresh for the next adventure.

Day 2 -Etosha National Park

Okaukuejo Resort
Meals- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

An early rise will be encouraged to have a feel of nature and the fresh breeze. Soon after breakfast, we will then start our game drive to allow us to have a magnificent exploration, we will visit the waterholes. We will get to visit the Etosha pan (salt pan) before game driving across the park in the expedition of coming across the Big 4 and other animal species. A light lunch will allow us to rest, gathering energy for our next adventure. After a short relaxation, we will then visit our last waterhole that will be the last appreciation of Namibia’s beauty. We arrive at Okaukuejo late afternoon, visiting one last waterhole to worship another African sunset. Thereafter allowing our tired bodies to rest.

Day 3 -Etosha National Park to Windhoek

Windhoek
Meals- Breakfast & Lunch

There will be a leisurely start to the day, as the tour heads back for an overnight stop in Windhoek, on the way to the Namib desert. We pass through towns and rural areas, stopping in the small town of Okahandja, the home of Namibia’s largest wood carving market. The stalls operate on a local co-operative basis and offer a vast array of truly Namibian souvenirs. Dinner will be at our own expense tonight. We recommend visiting the iconic Joe's Beerhouse. Speak to your guide because bookings are essential.

Day 4 - Windhoek to Sesriem, Sossusvlei

Sesriem
Meals- Lunch & Dinner

Today, we head to the Namib desert. As you come through the mountains, you drop down from the central plateau to the grassy desert savannah. There is a brief stop at the quirky town of Solitaire for petrol and perhaps also afternoon tea. The aim is to arrive at the campsite during the late afternoon and have time to relax and explore the surroundings before the sunset when the colors glow and change on the distant mountains to the east at the Elim dune. Dinner will be served around the campfire.

Day 5 - Explore Namib-Naukluft National Park

Namib-Naukluft NP
Meals- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

It is an early start to the day as we aim to catch the soft light of the sunrise over the desert. Continue towards Sossusvlei along distant sand dunes on both sides of the road. You will stop at Dune 45 and those who feel fit may climb the dune and get a breathtaking view of the surrounding desert. After breakfast, take a desert walk in the cool of the morning, with a chance to see gemsboks, springboks, black-backed jackals, and ostriches. You will be back at the campsite around lunchtime. As the day cools off in the afternoon, there will be a short excursion to Sesriem Canyon before sunset.
